Q: I keep hearing that Macs are very easy to use. Why would I need support?

A: The Macintosh is certainly the easiest computer on the market to use and maintain but its very rare to find a person or business that's using their Macintoshes to their fullest potential. We spend a great deal of our time helping our clients get more out of their Macs by using new software, learning new technologies and exploring new possibilities. Macintosh computers do have their occasional problems, however, and if that happens we'll be there to put things back in order.

Q: When I converted from Macintosh OS 9 to Macintosh OS X my E-mail and addresses disappeared! Can I get them back?

A: People often have trouble moving E-mail and addresses between programs. Typically the information is still on the machine, the new program just doesn't know where to find it or how to use it. One of the most common problems is that the location of the Microsoft Identities folders is incorrect after upgrading to Mac OS X. It should be located a couple of folders deep in the user's home folder. Give us a call and we can help you get back up and running!

Q: There's so much software out there - How do I make sense of what's right for my home or business?

A: With more than 10,000 applications available for Mac OS X alone, it can be very difficult to pick the right software for your needs. We provide technology consulting services to help you choose the package that best fits your needs and, if you'd like, we can help you get up and running on it too!
